Embi Tec Honors Team USA at IBO2015

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Team USA brought home the gold, performing in the top ten percent amongst all competitors at this year's International Bio Olympiad (IBO) in Aarhus, Denmark.

Representing some of the best young minds in the field of biology, nearly 300 students from 61 countries arrived ready to compete at the world's 26th annual IBO. Over the course of a week, students were challenged with theoretical and practical exams, which included laboratory-based exams using Embi Tec's RunOne™ System and PrepOne™ Sapphire.

Each of USA Biology Olympiad's (USABO) Team USA members: Boyang (Peter) Dun, (Canterbury School, IN), Varun Mangalick (Mounds View High School, MN), Grace Chen (Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School, NJ), and Yulin Du (Pullman High School, WA) demonstrated exceptional knowledge and academic excellence throughout the world's competition for top academic achievement in biology.
